After 5 years the Artsville training center have depreciated because of the indigent material and last January 27, 2017 after a series of Low Pressure Area (LPA) rains hit Cagayan de Oro City which caused one of the worst urban flooding in the city, Artsville Resource Learning/Training Center collapse with the combine non-stop rain which leaked in the nipa roof and the strong winds.

The organization plans to rehabilitate the facility with the proposed design using recyclable materials. Instead of indigent materials, this time it will be thrown mineral water bottles that will be used for wall construction. These mineral water bottles will be stuffed with found cellophane that will be gathered with volunteer groups who will conduct a clean up drive on creeks and canals in Barangay Puerto, Cagayan de Oro and paste it together with cement. This center will become an eco center facility where art trainings will be conducted, multi-purpose function for seminars and trainings on drug rehabilitation program using art as a tool for psycho social intervention at the same time will become a model building for alternative eco friendly establishment.
