Balay Himaya is residence of a family that advocates for Philippine made products and designs. They want to use Amakan and bamboo for their walls, ceiling and doors. Even the luminaries’ are made of bamboo which were created by experts from the Bagobo Tagabawa of Bansalan. They also plan to install the magayoda, a cornice inspired by Maranao houses. Truly a unique place for a family with sophisticated taste.
